After a careful 22-hour dry fermentation and seven days of raised-bed drying, the result is a delicate, tea-like cup that highlights Bolivia’s growing reputation for nuanced coffees. Expect notes of graham, green tea, and oolong, with a smooth mouthfeel and tart acidity — elegant, balanced, and quietly complex.
