We believe nail polish remover and paint thinner have their place—we just don’t think it’s in the conversation about how our coffee is decaffeinated. That’s why we seek out decaf processed using the Swiss Water Process, which removes caffeine using water rather than chemical solvents.
The result is a beautifully clean cup that lets the coffee speak for itself, no matter what time of day you decide to drink it. In our own blind taste test, no one could tell which coffee was caffeinated and which was decaf. That’s how good it is.
