The Congo is known as a unicorn coffee. Many are not aware that there is amazing coffee that comes out of the D.R.C. The coffee is very versatile as it makes a great blender bean and a great stand alone coffee. It is not too dissimilar to the Ethiopian or the Guatemalan with its fruity to creamy white chocolate, vanilla, and hazelnut notes.
